  • To process membership details of training provided, to collect and process membership application, to communicate any activities and update you on any activities associated with the club. 

 

  • We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:

SFAA for membership of Scottish Association and to ensure you are covered by the SFAA insurance policy.

We may share this information with Directors of the company and the Scottish Association for insurance purposes.

How we store your personal information 

Your information is securely stored. 

We keep Names and addresses for 5 Years. We will then dispose your information by deleting your data from any computer that we use for gathering this information. Any paper copies will be shredded.
